28 weeks – Calling It

I’m officially calling it! No more running for this mama. I’m way too worried about my pelvic floor. A friend gave me a new mantra: Pregnancy it temporary, postpartum is forever. Take care of  your pelvic floor during pregnancy! So that’s the new plan.

  1. Just popping in to check on you! I stopped running around 28 weeks too. Now I’m just doing strength straining and cardio classes. My intermittent back pain is now gone and I feel so much better. Hope you’re doing well!

    1. Thanks so much! I ran up until 38 weeks last pregnancy so I’m beating myself up a little. This time, I am having round ligament pain that I can’t ignore. It’s just not worth it me getting injured. Glad to know someone else is in the same boat!
